We stand by the quality of every item we sell and offer a 30 day return policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of the date you receive your order or part thereof, we are happy to offer a full refund (Excluding original P&P charges). Simply return the items in a new and unused condition in their original packaging and we will refund your purchase. For more information please see below.

Damaged or Defective items

In the unfortunate event that your item(s) should arrive damaged, please contact our support team within 48hours of delivery and we will be happy to arrange a replacement. Defective items can be returned for a full refund including postage and packaging.

Arranging a Return

To arrange the return of your item(s) please scroll down to the footer of our website and select the "Return" option under "Customer Services" or click here.

Enter all the information requested, including the reason for your return. In the case of a defective item being received, please include information on the fault. It is always worth reaching out to our support team first as we may be able to resolve any issues without the need to return the goods.

Once approved please package your item(s) securely and include your RMA number within the parcel. We will be in touch as soon as the items arrive and are inspected by a member of our Quality Assurance team. Once approved a refund/replacement will be issued.

The goods are your responsibility until they reach our warehouse, so make sure they're packed up properly and can't get damaged on the way. If you require any assistance please contact our support team who will be happy to help.

What is your return policy?

  • We offer 30 day returns, starting on the day you receive your item(s).

Will I receive my original P&P costs back?

  • When returning an item or items you will receive a refund for the original cost of the items excluding any charges for postage and packaging. In the unfortunate event of Damage, Fault or the incorrect item(s) being sent a full refund including postage will be provided.

When will I receive my refund for my return?

  • Once your return has been received it will be checked by our quality assurance team. Once the items have been confirmed as being received in their original packaging and in an unused state, a refund will be issued within 2 working days. Please note, your payment provider my take longer to process your refund. Please allow up to 7 days. If you have any problems please contact our support team here.

What should I do if a product has arrived damaged?
